Hello, I am using a keyboard for control as i dont yet have a joystick which is what i will end up getting if i cant find a solution to this.
When I use the arrow buttons for going up, down, left and right it stays at that level making it very hard to level off or straighten up, is there a way to make it so that once you release the key it goes back to normal instead of manually getting it back to normal.
If you dont understand the question please say and i will try and explain it a bit better lol
Thank you

Is 'Gleave' your last name? I know someone with that last name.
I would highly suggest buying a joystick. Any joystick. Even a cheap joystick will make your world so much easier

I know it's possible to control an aircraft in FS with the keyboard but I've only ever done that a couple of times to quickly check an aircraft out when my joystick was not connected. The way the keyboard commands are set up is to move the controls by increments with each key press. It requires the equivalent number of opposite presses to return them to the neutral position. You would probably need to go past neutral in order to level out after a climb so this can get a little complicated, unless you're used to controlling things in this way with a gamepad or similar device. All this is done quite naturally with a joystick & you would do it without even thinking about it.

To answer your question, no, not really. I have found an occasional aircraft that does level itself when the stick is let go, but in fact, that presents a annoying problem in sim-flying that you don't want.
Treat yourself to a joystick for the Holidays; it will make flying proper, controllable, and most enjoyable.
Cheers!

Flown probably 30 flights with the keyboard. I know what it is like. I never looked back to getting a stick. I seriously recommend it and they don't really cost much.
