Go down to the multiplayer section, and ask there.  Basically, you just find a session on FSHOSTSPY, or wait for one of the flights done by guys on simv.  When you are in FS, go over to MULTIPLAYER, click on OPEN MULTIPLAYER SESSION, enter the IP address of the session in the box, click on the session, and hit JOIN!
