Yes I know it's still a month away.  But I'd like to avoid another last minute rush, and find out soon what we're going to be flying so everyone has plenty of time for downloading and repainting.

The only hint picked up so far is that the next race needs a fast plane - very fast, like a military jet.

I've been trying to think of jets that are:
- colourful (air shows, aerobatic teams etc)
- freeware
- easy on frame rates

So far I've come up with the F104, Mirage, and possibly F-16.  The DSB Hawk is also a possibility but I'm not sure how FPS-friendly it is.

Any suggestions from other flyers, or comments from race organisers?  Let's put a list together, then start a poll to choose the next plane.

Edit: Almost forgot, add the T-38 Talon to that list - do a search for 'Thunderbirds' and you'll find one that is very fast and a delight to fly.
