Oasis are on tour, and they are playing at Sheffield! - double night event.

Tickets went on sale this morning at 9:00am and has now nearly sold out

I managed to get my tickets, one very happy jimbo!

Yeah I like them allright.

They remind me of the good old days when indie rock n' roll still had some balls. None of this Hard Fi stuff lol Jk.

For some reason I was under the impression that they had broken up last year. ??? Anyway, I hope you have fun. Oasis was my first introduction to rock music, so I've always wanted to see them.

I think they had a 10 year gap of doing any albums etc. But the recent new album "don't believe the truth" is their latest, and is a good album.
All the older stuff is alot better i think, some great tunes, and some excellent albums.

I lost interest after "Be Here Now". That must have been around 1997. I think "(What's the story)" and "Definately Maybe" were two of the first albums I owned...
