A B-29 just dropped her load of bombs and flies away from the explosion. I know that she's supposed to be a high level bomber, so you can just make up your own story about this one... training, struggling to keep her up, ...?
Anyway... it took me a whole lot of time to make this edit, so, please, enjoy!
All comments (positive and/or negative) are very welcome!

"I looked at my co-pilot. He was still dead, I dont know why I hoped he whould look back at me, For I knew he wouldnt.
I turned my head from my dead friend and looked at the map. I was approaching the target.
I opened the bombing hatches. Then this wired sound came. Almost like a rapping sound, against the hull of this big pice of junk. Thats when I noticed something, and it gave me the creeps. Trees. But before I could react to the shock, I had dumped the bombs. I pulled the yoke franaticly".
That is my story to the edit. The feeling is wonderful, I acctully thought up this story the moment I saw the pic, just had to write it down!

Can hear the blast from here. 8)
Nicely done, Pige.
Also, was that supposed to be during WWII? Because there was no USAF until 1947.
