Was curious if anyone has tried out the Americas Army game yet?  From what I read I  think it is free.  Thought about downloading it  but wanted some other opinions first.   Thanks   Paul

Ok I downloaded AA version 2.5 from 3d-gamers.  tried to install.  Gets al the way through the install and then comes up with an error saying the install wizard was interupted and can not finish the install.  I have tried tuning off my firewall, Anti-virus and all other non essential programs.  Still no luck.  I have also re- downloaded program and tried again.  Same problem.  Anyboby have any ideas as to what is causing this problem???  Thanks.  Paul

Try a different site is my only suggestion download could have been corrupted, or maybe you antivirus auto starts again and says no to the program trying to add to your drive. Try running is safe mode but with networking turns off al programs except the ones you tell it to run. Just my ideas someone who has more knoledge on pc might be a beeter one to ask but these would be the things i would try Smiley

I finally got it to install.  I think the problem was my Firewall.  I never thought of turning it off before and this time I did and it let it finish the install.  Have a good one.   Paul

I got a copy of it on CD when I enlisted. It's a great program, but untill I get a faster internet connection, I'm unable to play online Undecided
