I Like Flight Simulation!
From MS: "Instructor's station--link two PCs so that one pilot can observe a Flight Simulator session, change weather, fail systems, and provide comments and help via a chat window."

It's a lot of fun to host a MP session as an instructor without anyone knowing it. As people are flying around, start making the weather worse, and then start disabling instruments, and then systems, one by one
Their reactions are priceless 8)
