Actual information
The witness reported that the aircraft was on final in what he calls "almost supersonic!". Suddenly it just dropped.
FAA conclusion:
Aircrafts of this type has shown to be hardly controllable in the air, speacilly in turbulent airconditions. Investgations of the aircraftshow that the fuel pump was sealed again by fat. To avoid stalling the aircraft, the pilot saw it nessesary to drop the aircraft to keep the airflow over the wing. Remains after redwine and bread was later found in the aircraft cabin. The conclusion is that the crash was caused by a sealed fuelpump system, that caused engine faliure, and a pilot a bit drunk, caused by redwine.
