Hi, this is my first post in this forum.

I´d like to know what happens when I modify a texture of an aircraft. Two days ago I changed the name of an aircraft modifying the fuselage texture, and when I started FS again, that texture doesn´t work anymore.

What do I need to repaint an aircraft? I changed the texture with PhotoImpact. Do I need any other program?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Nacho.

Hey Nachoc Grin
Yeh i know what happend, ive done it loads of times, if you have opend the file with paint or paint shop pro, it changes the format, so when you go to fly that lane or heli the textures wont come up, what you need is a jpeg to bmp file converter or something like that. ive been using FS REpaint that is the easyest program to use, it converts the files back to its original form after you have modified it.

good luck with you painting!, ow yea and what cspyro said (welcome to the nuthouse) hehe Roll Eyes
