Talking of global scenery, can anyone advise where Ultimate Terrain is available globally? I've seen a lot of places and references that seem to indicate that it is, but doing a search on the net, I can't fid anything other than Ultimate Terrain USA or Ultimate Terrain Alaska/Canada, and if I'm going to buy it I'd want it for the whole world.
