is it possible to get scenery that has the loading platform things come up to the plane and have the crews around.  just to make it more realistic.  is there a file that can put the pushback car thing on the front of the jet.  also, is there a way to refeul at an airport without going into the control menu and doing it like that.   thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

Interactive gates, crew, vehicles, and equpmint? As far as I know, only static scenery is available if you have the software to add it, or by downloading specific scenery

If you park next to a fuel pump, it will fill your tanks up Wink

As far as I know the only software that will do this is included with certain payware airports.  I've never come across any freeware programs that will do it. Undecided

If you do find any, I'm sure we'd all like to know Grin

You could check out  www.justflight.com if you are interested in UK Airports. I think some of their products have moving service vehicles and skyways etc.

I'm sure this thread will soon be moved to Scenery Wanted but until then, Look no further! The answer is on THIS site! (as always). Goto this page: http://www.simviation.com/fs2004scenery52.htm and download the 'FS 2004 Real Airlines AI Traffic (Europe) with only European planes' package. It has two functions, firstly, the other planes you share the sky with are more realistic than the defaults and are in real liverys. Second, when they are parked or at the gate with their engines off, they automaticaly have their own 'ground services', ie, baggage trucks and annimated catering vehicles servicing them. There's a US airlines package on that page too.

Here's a screenshot. The Alitalia plane is an AI model and as you can see, is loading cargo crates on one side and has a catering truck on another. You can also just make out the Lufthansa AC in the background that has a catering truck up against the front door. When they start up and are ready to go, a truck apears attached to their nose gear to push them back.
...

Cool huh? Even better, there is an aircraft package that has it on your own aircraft (the blue/white B727 behind the Alitalia AC). See my thread in the Freeware Screenshots section for more details. > http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=screen;action=display;num=...

most of the ground crew scenery that i had was static' from the RW12 object placer found in the scenery design pages on this site. So' not good enought i thought.

After downloading gound traffic desigened by 'hama' also from the same pages.  i then made them ai

Now i have traffic moving around my airports' and on the roads' that solved that problem' but i still need moving ramps, and people.

The UK2000 scenery (that the Just Flight product is a boxed version of) does have animated (2D) marshallers at some of its airfields in parts 5, 7 and 8 at least...
