MDL to Hello,
I'm a newbee here. I just bought FS 2004, and I would like to be able to use the models in 3DS max with the textures.
How to do it? I don't want to use gmax, as there is a lot of possibilities that are missing vs 3DS.

Thanks for any help.

You can't.  COmpiled MDL files cannot be converted.  You would need to convert from the original source files.
