I just realised what DLLZIP is. You can download it here. http://www.mnwright.freeserve.co.uk/graphix.htm

Thanks, Doug, but that link doesn't work anymore. I contacted the author of DXTBMP / the site and he told me I didn't need DDLZIP.exe anymore. Thanks anyway for looking it up for me!

Ah OK. I should have tried the link. Must be slipping in my old age. If Martin says you don't need it, then you don't need it. Hope you got whatever it is sorted out. Wink

Well... it aint exactly sorted out. I can't save my alpha's.  Sad I thought it had something to do with missing dll's, but it looks like that isn't the case. Even Martin doesn't know what I should do.  Cry

Hmmm. If Martin doesn't know there's no point in me suggesting anything. Sorry.

PS. Did you try ImageTool? If you don't have it I think it's included in one of the FS2004 SDKs but I don't know which one. It came bundled with FS2002 Pro.

PPS. Silly me. Try this. http://ddsdx.uthscsa.edu/dig/itdesc.html

Thanks Doug!
One question though:
How will IT help me? I already have photoshop 6.0 so I'm only looking for programs that can save alpha channels. (The program looks very interesting, but my hard disk is almost full)

ImageTool works in much the same way as DXTBmp. You should be able to use it for your Alpha Channels. There's no Help to speak of so you will have to figure that out yourself. I'm not sure the one from my link is the same version as the one bundled with FS. If you don't have FS2002 you can get the correct version from the FS2004 SDK download page. It should be included in one of those SDKs but I don't know which one. There should be a list of included files in the file description for each SDK.

PS. ImageTool is included in the FS2004 gmax Gamepack SDK & Terrain SDK. http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/fs2004_downloads_sdk.asp It's only a small file & I can mail you mine if you wish.

Thank you very much!  Cheesy
I'll just download the program... I have FS2002, but not the pro edition.  Sad
I'll see if IT works and if it doesn't I will try the link. Thanks again!
