It's a nice repaint, but it shows the limitations of MS paint...
Don't use MS paint! Get a real editting program. Freeware: pixia or gimp.

Nice repaint and interesting design. Once you get the new paint program and start using Layers your artistic ability will not be so limited.

Having said that, MSPaint is the best paint program I know of for drawing lines (as you've illustrated). If I have to create a paintkit for a model, I first open it in MSPaint as 24bit and put all the requisite grey lines on and then go to work later in PhotoShop v.7. The latter is a pain-in-the-neck when it comes to this (apparently) simple task.
