Oh, oh, maybe that guy in Missouri needed this for evidence. Years ago, locals knew that two Missouri guys had a long-standing fued.
One day the one shot the other and swore, "I thought he was a deer!"
Of course, the shooting was the deadly aspect; the effects on the victim's body from the fall out of the tree wasn't disclosed. Roll Eyes
