Oh jeez... I have lots of favourites from different categories of aircraft, that just can't be compared to each other. Nonetheless, lets have a crack at it;

Modern Fighters;
Typhoon
Raptor
Lightning 2

Warbirds;
Any mark of Spitfire

Bombers;
Avro Vulcan
Avro Lancaster
B-2 Spirit

If forced to pick an all-time favourite, It'd have to be the  Mark IIA Spitfire. And no, I am not ozzy's son! Grin

Hmmm well for fighters I'll go with the F-5E Tiger II- I've liked her for a long time

Vintage: P-51D Mustang, A6M4 Zero -when I was a wee one I thought they were the best planes in the world.

Airliner- Lockheed Tristar and Boeing 767

Attacker- F-4G Wild Weasel V- I saw her at an airshow when I was a wee wee one.

Bomber- B-17G Flying Fortress - First plane I ever walked inside of. Grin

Did you really have to bump this topic from last September?

Anyways I like a lot of different aircraft but I really like the Avro Vulcan.

#1. Definitely the F-14. Grew up very close to (then) NAS Miramar, aka the original location of Top Gun. Saw them every single day! Raw power and speed. Gotta love it!

AC-130. My buddy flies on one, and I know that thing is just wicked!
SU-27. I dunno, just a great looking jet
F-104. A missle with wings and a pilot. Not to mention a great sounding engine.
787. I know its barely out.... but those wingtips are a work of art!
Spitfire. Has such a great sounding engine as well!

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.
