if i had to pick only one...with all considerations; operating costs, fuel, maintenance, reliability, and overall design...the A-10. (i would also have her modified to sling some cargo under her wings.)

otherwise, i'd pick a C-130J

My favorites: Boeing 747-400, All 727s

Probably the best is the 737 series or DC-3.

I've got nothing.

I always liked the aerodynamic properties of an SLR camera in flight when launched by the colaborative efforts of a kangaroo and human being.  I'd have to say, it's the SLR camera that is my favorite aircraft!   Grin

You cant pick ONE favourite plane, its imposible (so ill split it into categories)

The main plane I want is a small ga plane (but cant think of what one I really want at the minute.)

military jets:

1. tornado
2. mig 29 or 31
3. su 27 flanker

Commercial jets (passenger jets)

1.Concorde

Old warbirds:

1. spitfire
2. hurricane
3. lancaster
4. Avro Vulcan

Vintage:

1. piper cub
2. douglas dc3

GA:

1.Cirrus SR22 gts

Although if I had any ga plane Id be really happy

Commercial Airliners with 3 engines.
(727;L-1011;MD-11;Tu-154;DC-10;Dassault Falcon;...)
But I think the are a bit outdated, and as a European tax payer one has to like Airbuses!
Greetings,
Fabian
