I really don't know. Anything designed by Burt Rutan, or maybe the Beechcraft twin Bonanza, I like it in the sim anyway, or possibly the P-51, P-39, F-16, SR-71, Mooney (any of them), I fly a C172 in RL, maybe I could say that is my favorite... I just couldn't possibly pick. I like Piper Cherokees a lot too. Lets put it this way: I like airplanes.

I'll stick with the home team and say... the Sepecat Jaguar, Panavia Tornado, or the English Electric Lightning. Plenty of fast jets. Of course, there are many other aircraft that I'm fond of..
