Part 2 of my RAF Hendon visit, i always used to see this place on the way in to Euston, so glad I finally got in there.
Another for Bjorn, the sublime Bf 109G (it did have a mossie bearing down on it from behind though, I think these RAF Museum types have a sense of humour
)

One for Doug, a Gypsy Moth with one heck of a paintjob

Another for Doug, in fact the guy in the back looks a little familiar.....been moonlighting again Doug?

And finally, in the theme of the inappropriate signs from the Science Museum, here was one I thought was comically accurate, again it seems like those RAF museum types have a bit of a sense of humour

Next up a private tour!! 8)

Great stuff. Very thoughtful of them to provide a little shot of jet exhaust to warm people up before going out into the cold...

Your shots are much better than mine but I posted a very similar one after our AGM at Hendon last year. I suggested that the chap in the back was Terbert (Tony), one of our party. I haven't seen our old pal Terbert for some time now so maybe I was right & he got stuck in there.

Doug I was speaking to Tony the other week! He is still alive and kicking just spending more time flying than on the forums these days
