Is there any way that I can set FS2002 to run in windowed mode while another program is in the foreground without having it pause itself. This would be great for those times like now when I have a 5 hour round trip from kbos-kmsp and back and have 2 essays to write for English.

Press ALT+ENTER. This switches it to window mode

Next, go into OPTIONS -> SETTINGS -> GENERAL...

Unselect 'Pause on task switch'.

This is out of FS2004, but I believe it's the same in FS2002

I fly cross country while doing different activities such as browsing internet, writing essays, painting textures in photoshop, and listening to music.  Grin
