Ok so my friend told me to come to the university fine arts building @6:30 tonight.  He told me no other info so I got my concert review stuff ready thinking his combo was going to play.  I was wrong.

The Jazz director at WSU is giving jazz lessons for 7.50 a lesson.  He is good, he teaches stuff high school never taught me.  He also idolizes Miles Davis and Louis Armstrong.

I am excited to learn to improv better because I have another friend who asks me to play with his Dave Matthews-esc band.

I kinda miss the alto sax-I rarely practiced and was the best in the band.  One more talent I was born with and didn't want Roll Eyes

Sounds cool Duck, although "learning improv" sounds kinda like an oximoron. ??? Grin
