That has to be some of the best water textures/effects I have seen so far.

The water is freeware...suggested to me by Omag I think...

...forgot which tho... Roll Eyes

...and about the border, in Photoshop, go under "blending options" and then check "stroke"...i think...its the last one on the list..

Which Menu does Blending Options come under in Photoshop??? My version is CS.
