Italics...the other way (Read 405 times)

Hi there
I'm doing a repaint for the Dreamfleet Archer II. Can Anybody tell how to get the registration as seen in this picture?
...

As you can see in this shot I got the Italics, but they are leaning the wrong way. I am using Paintshop pro 9 and can not figure out how to force them the other way......
...

Thanks

I hope you still have them in a seperated layer. I'm using Photoshop, but I'm sure PSP 9 also has an option for this. Select the layer that contains the text. Try going to edit and then look for an option called transform. If you see any sub-options, choose scew or free transform. That should do the trick.  Wink

Cheers.

EDIT: Very nice repaint BTW!

Broderbund had a skewing option in their old Serif DrawPlus; I used to mess around with pictures/text in Menu art.

Turns out to be pretty easy really. Press shift, then pull the corners of the selection....... 8)

Finally figured it out.

Bye now

Good, but more importantly, I received the number

in my number of posts.

Ah, Novus Ordo Seclorum! Smiley

Congratulations on completing the repaint and posting it for others.

Felix,
I'm so sorry..... Embarrassed
See I am not the smartest guy  Grin and I tried uploading repaints to SimV before but it didn't work out. Since then I only uploaded to Avsim and never thought about it anymore. You can see I'm a long time regular to these forums here so it's not about loyalty. You see I never found the way to the Avsim forums too.....I like it over here so no need to go anywhere else.

I'll give it a try tomorrow. (uploading that is)
Now would you please forgive me...? (Duh I hate that. My wife makes me say that every now and then too.. Wink)

Regards
Arjan
