...Her Email adress is too long, and she can't get the "hotmail.com" part in. Any help would be appreciated.

I just tried to register an email with 30 letters@hotmail & no problem. Just because the whole address is not visible in the window doesn't mean you can't register .....   8)

It's not that the whole adress isn't visible, it literally stops typing after @.ho... Plus, the adress is 49 letters if you include the hotmail.com part. I'll have her try it again anyway.

EDIT: This is the message she gets:
An Error Has Occured!

Please enter a valid e-mail address.  ???
