Well, not "one" movie, but my favorite trilogy is The Lord of the Rings...LOVE those! And the Star Wars movies are pretty good too! 8)

I'm into really dark, really gritty, really realistic, really violent movies. Hence-
Man on Fire (absolutely fantastic, a must, must see)
Heat (probably my favorite, an absolute masterpiece)
Collateral (Tom Cruise, awesome)
Crap its late I'm just gonna continue with the list later.
