Hi all when I startup in normal mode there are no icons taskbar ect,cant even use mouse.When i start in safe mode there are a few icons but no programs in start.Cant use system restore, msconfig,sfc /scannow ect.


Cant use cd- rom,wont go back to last known good config,dont have a restore disc sysstem is xp home pre installed TIME gone bust?At a lossss    any ideas guys .Thanks Would it be a virus?.
