Hey congrats naturenut.  First flights are always the charm eh? Smiley  Best feeling in the world.  I remember on mine, it was so cold out, the airspeed indicator didnt work cuz the pitot tube froze right up.  We took off with 15 knots IAS  Wink  When we landed, I got to fuel the aircraft, and once again, it was so cold that I completely frostbit my hand!  Well, the lessons after that wernt so bad, but it was definately memorable.

Your into some fun times yet, and an adventure up ahead!  Good luck!   Smiley

Cheers,
RB

That's awesome, how exciting!  I got my certificate for it a few weeks before I turned 13, but the weather finally cleared up about a week after I turned 13.  It was the most amazing and wonderful experience in the world!

Good luck with the training and have fun!  As everyone said, you have some great adventures and challenges ahead of you!  Smiley
