I think this has been made a sticky topic. It answers a common question & saves me continually repeating my last reply. It might surprise you but some people still use FS98 as my mailbox proves.
The actual last post in the FS98 forum is dated Sep 19th, 2005.

Basically it is there because there is a demand for it.
More importantly there is a downloads section full of 98 downloads and since that is there it makes sense to have a forum here.

Yes, it still says that because only Doug's post was stickied and not the thread. I think that's why.
