Hmmm, either I heard this before some where else. Or Andrew will have a brief comment to make....
My ex-wife hit a crow once. Seems it flew directly in front of her car, then turned and hit the windshield head on. She was pretty upset about the collision even though there was no visible damage to her car.
It didn't help matters when I asked her if she knew what the last thing that went through the crows head at the moment of impact was. She said , "No". I said, "His ass". I bet to this day she's never figured out my response.....

Actually, I went flying the other day and two deer ran out in front of me.
If you think i'm kidding, im not.
I was actually taxxing out to the runway, and two deer run in front of me, causing me to have to hit the brakes hard.
Yesterday when I saw my mom, I told her that "I went flying and two deer ran out in front of me". She really thought I was joking about deer in the sky

Well, at least she didn't yell at you for almost ruining Christmas by trying to take out some of Santa's reindeer.
My ex-wife asked me once if Santa flew over war zones because of all the anti-aircraft guns and stuff. I told her that the one time he did the AA shell explosions scared the crap out of the 8 tiny reindeer and Santa developed a real $hitty attitude and never tried it again. Bet she's still scratching her head trying to figure that response out.

So good!
Its like when I asked my CFI "do you have a problem with birds on the runway here?" "No. We hit bird. Bird dies, we win."
Nice work with the ass joke (and the crow) Romulus!
Tee hee!
