Can anyone please tell me where I can obtain the horizon add-on for CFS that lets you set time and removes the haze.

Thanks Cecil

I'm not sure what you guys are on about... Is it CFo perhaps? It lets you set the time and change weather and let's you do lots of other things. Never tries removing the fog though... You can get it from lots of sites. I think it's here as well.

Sounds like CFO to me (allows you to set weather, time and warp to scenery locations).

The official CFO site is here: http://www.cfsops.com/Modules/Modules.htm Make sure you get the right one! Installation is a little tricky in CFS1, but follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

The haze is rather effective visually and occasionally even beautiful, if that is the right word for this context. I wouldn't want to remove it...

Cheers,

Pads

If you're flying in a mission, this can be done without a download:
the misson file can be open with notepad or wordpad.
Within the first entries are those for time of day
and the one for clouds/weather entered numerically (1 through 4, I believe).

Ok guy's, this is what I was looking for: Directflight Combat Expansion Pack Vers. 1.4.

I have the exe. file DFCEP14.EXE  but when I try to laod it the serial # that I had some 4 years ago seems not to work, it keeps on giving me a error message saying to check my typing. The company seems to be out of business so no help there, anyone have any ideas how to solve the problem.

Thanks Cecil.

Undecided Nope. Guess you'll just have to keep on typing on the keys until you stumble across a working combination or, maybe, find someone who also has it.

Now find a decent, seperate place to keep the code perchance you need it again. Also true for CD programs: casings get lost or labels destroyed, the computer crashes and you need the code to reinstall ??? Cry.
