taking a ride in a balloon and gotten lost, the pilot decides to go deeper so he can ask where he is.
drifting along a country road he finds a lonely wanderer and asks "where am i?"

the wanderer answers "you're 50 feet above a cornfield at 8°21'E 48°53'N"

"you must be an engineer" the pilot shoots back

"true, but how do you know?"

"you give me a completely precise answer that doesn't help me any. in fact, because of you i will miss my apointment"

"you have to be a manager" the engineer counters.

"how did you know?"

"you got to your elevated position with not much more than hot air, expect people below you to solve your own problems, and blame them for your failings.
in fact, you off no worse than you were 5 mins ago, but now it's all my fault"
