Get the Ju-52 (or one of the military packs for it)

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones), Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

For CFS1, there is a parachutist download on p.2 in Misc but I'm unsure of its use in other versions.

A quick check only shows me that there is supposed to be a parachute with the B47 (p.64 in FS2004 Military Jets).
