Well boys and girls I'm home from work, and bearing gifts. The first (and this set of shots) is my newest, and most favorite of aircraft the Cirrus SR20 G2 from Eaglesoft. Ohh she is a beaut. From her Avaonics to the recovery system, this has me pineing for it more than the PMDG 747 (Cus theres no stuped FMC with a 58 page manual
).
Lets start out with the basics. The preflight is all around easy. Hit Shift + 9 and click the appropriat tabs, and watch the animations. Pretty cool the first time you see it.
Now that were all loaded up and our pilot has dawned his Avators we are ready for startup, and a quick run through the gauges.
Would you just look at the Glass in this cockpit, not to mention the radio stack. Avidyne Entegra PFD and MFD's to tell me what the plane is doing, Garmain GMA340H, GTX330, and GNS340's to communicate with the rest of the world, and a Stec 55X autopilot so that I can sleep cross country, ahh yes I have the life.
A bit into the Avidyne MFD. This thing does everything. Moving map + TCAS, All checklists, Engine controols, and fuel controols. The PFD is almost as cool. Airline style artificial horizon, and the lower part of the display can be modified to show just about any nav data you want.
And of course the CAPS system. Unfortunately I forgot to bring enough fuel with me on this trip, so the engine cut out on me, but luck was with me as all I had to do was push the little red lever twice (or hit the spoiler key) and my Cirrus floats nicely to the ground. Now since this sets you on the ground and dosnt toggel a crash, I used it a few times as a cheater way to make spot landings on buildings. Quite fun I must say.
All in all a B-E-A-Utiful aircraft and I highly suggest you buy it if your into GA, or even a fan of anything with a supurb cockpit and a loverly VC.
Well I'm off to go fly her, and mabe take a few shots of the new queen of the hanger,
Cheers
Cameron

Good point, however does the free one have the detail, or even the MFD that this one has. Heck I was willing to pay the $30 for the Avidyne Glass alone, not to mention the rest of the aircraft. All in all its georgeous, and I love it.

Thanks Heretic. Anyway the gauges are smooth as glass, and there is no lag in the VC. I'll get back up in the air and post more on the VC.

You asked for it and here they come. The screens of the VC, and I tried to make them as detailed as possable.
Just started her up, so everything is still very dark.
Basically the same shot, however everything is now all lit up and tuned to go.
See the traffic, see the TCAS. It actually works, and I didnt have it going off of FSUIPC at the time, this is the basic FS9 TCAS
More Body shots. Man she is a sexy beast.

Lineing up on final, and finishing the Landing checklist.
And finally one shot getting all the goodies in one.
Well any more questions?
Cheers
