Greetings flightsim enthusiasts!
My name is Chad Black and I am the Senior Administrator and Owner of The Dangerous Airports Database located at
www.dangerousairports.com
. I write to proudly announce that the grand re-opening of The Dangerous Airports Database will be held on Saturday, September 17th 2005. DAD will be hosting a groupflight on both the Vatsim network and private multiplayer all day long. Three lucky pilots will receive any Carenado add-on aircraft of their choice! Carenado offers a wide variety of quality payware aircraft that are sure to suit any simmers fancy. Please join us in this kick off celebration! More details will be posted in the coming weeks on the DAD website.
DAD is looking for 10 administrators/ Judges!
Administrator
As of right now, I am the only forum moderator and site administrator because the site is so new. I have started to update the old airport database that was given to me by the original owner almost a year ago, and its just too much work for one person. I am looking for 1 more Administrator to assist me in the day to day operations of the DAD site. I am willing to train the right candidate. This job includes, but is not limited to, FTP management, site maintenance, Forum management/moderating, and much more. Applicants must be able to check their email at least 3 times weekly. You would be given a personal email address such as ***@dangerousairports.com You will also assist me in updating the old database and making new web pages for new airports (I use front page… you may use whatever you wish, as long as it matches the set template I have designed). You will also look over the judges and be a judge yourself. Interested candidates please apply by sending an email to staff@dangerousairports.com along with your credentials and why you would be a good fit. Knowledge of Front Page is preferred.
DAD Judge
DAD is currently seeking 10 judges. As a DAD judge your primary job is to rate and evaluate the airports that our users suggest be added to the database. You will also assist me in updating the old database and making new web pages for new airports (I use front page… you may use whatever you wish, as long as it matches the set template I have designed). As a judge you will be given 2nd level moderator rights to the DAD forum. You would be given a personal email address such as ***@dangerousairports.com . Interested candidates please apply by sending a email to staff@dangerousairports.com along with your credentials and why you would be a good fit. Knowledge of Front Page is preferred.
Respectfully,
Chad Black&&&&Senior Administrator/ Owner, Dangerous Airports Database&&
