It's obviously an automatic. A manual is impossible to drive without a serviceable handbrake.

..well Doug In usa i learned as bumper i remember because one day a local radio in misisipi b-97 fm gave me a Bumper sticker...but i also aware that fender is more apropiate i heard it before too...

It seemed apt to name the bumpers such because, if you aim properly, that's what you initially bump into things with
... if...
The corner sections are fenders: left & right front and left and right rear. You are correct, they aren't Fender[brand] guitars but they sometimes do get strung out. Of course, they're not drums, either, but they even more often get banged. ???
