Contest ? New York and Miami have one.

New York:

Evers  -  6N6

New York Skyports Inc  -  6N7

Miami:

Miami  -  X44

They are aviable this way in FS2002 at least, should be the same in FS9.

Fajardo Habrour (PR03) -  Puerto Rico

Lake Hood (LHD) -  Anchorage Alaska

Honolulu Intl. (PHNL) -  Hawaii

There are only american seaports listed in the FS2002 help (there´s a list of all ones), but these are the less american ones, not all too big cities.

But as a tip you could fly from Hamburg (Germany) and use slew mode to get your plane into the water near the harbour, there are often seaplanes flying around there.
