Got it tonight and it's pretty impressive.  I'm running Megascenery NorCal and I think it actually helped boost the frame rates a bit...

This is before any tweaking, so it may even look better after I do so.  As is, I'm getting about 15fps.

Add-ons here are:

Real Air Spitfire
Megascenery NorCal
Megacity San Francisco
FS Skyworld
Waterzone by Bill Lyons

...

...

...

All in all, I'm pretty impressed...  Wink

A bit blurry textures in that second shot, but otherwise very nice indeed!! Have fun with it!!
Cheers,
Ashar

PS: Try getting Fly-Tampa's San Francisco...it'll make the San Fran area look a lot better Wink

ive found that flying at 8000ft and have the visi. set a 50 miles makes the scenery alot crisper and load alot faster, the reason 8000ft is that with with 50 mi. vis. if you go above that everything gets a hazy look, nice shots by the way,and if you havnt tweaked it yet,it says fly above 4900 ft for best results, have terrain mesh complexity to 20,special e. to medium, texture size high, auto gen to whatever you like, scenry complexty normal, and terrain detail to land only mip mapping has to be set at four, antiscopic filtering at 8x or above, and target frame rate at unlimited, hope this helps.

Cheers,
Monkey Smiley

Contrary to what we would like you to believe, we are not above the occasional mistake.  We are actually somewhat human...  Grin

I have the FortWorth/Dallas MegaScenery, but find the blurry scenery a bit irksome unless at the proper altitude.  That doesn't help when flying lower.  Still pretty good, tho' and getting 27fps at which I am locked.
