It was a pretty nice evening for flying after some heavy clouds not too far from the departure airport, KCDR. On the way we hit some turbulence up at the 12,000 level..... and all the way down to about 6,000, but Jared used his weather radar to find us a good altitude to get out of the chop ..... and we dropped into the 5000's and got nice smooth sailing.

For the first time ever, I used a GPS approach.....which is the only type at our derstination, KBWP, other than an NDB one (no ILS). It works pretty sweet. But it does not control VNAV at all....... you have to stay on top of descent rate and the throttles and flaps and watch the PAPI/VASI.

I had my framerate locked to 31... and it was staying at about 31.......... (30.7......30.5.....31.......29.6........30......30.5......30.1.......30........

Thanks. That's just default M$ weather and clouds. It's in payware because I have landclass and mesh installed .... and so I post here as a mtter of "principle".... and the IS a tad of ground showing Wink
