I'm not being facetious but you need to increase your virtual memory (aka page file) in Windows.  In XP it's Control Panel/System/Advanced/Performance/Advanced/Virtual Memory.  A very general rule is 1.5 times your RAM.

I use a couple of nonstandard tweaks - a static page file on a separate HD.

Please post your system specs: OS, Processor, RAM, Video card, current VM setting.

In the meantime make sure you have shut down all non-essential processes and services before running FS - take a look at FS Autostart.  http://www.kensalter.com/fsautostart/
