This one is fairly waterproof.
Havn't had any such issues since we're using these legal notices in our stuff.

This is a Beta Product for evaluation purposes only, use entirely at your

Currently (as per 27.February 2004) this work is distributed free of
charge for private evaluation purposes only on a single Home PC.
Groundcrew Design Group reserve the right to give notice to terminate this
License Agreement at any time.
This agreement shall terminate automatically once the official public
Version of this Software is made available for purchase or is otherwise
publicly distributed by Groundcrew Design Group.
No re-use/rehosting/redistribution of any part of this work is permitted
without prior written permission of Groundcrew Design Group.
No re-use/rehosting/redistribution is permitted when any sort of fee is
required to access or download these files, including site registration
fees.
No unauthorised commercial use whatsoever is permitted.
The following fees apply for commercial distribution unless prior written
agreement to the contrary has been obtained from Groundcrew Design Group.
Fees shall apply for any distribution of the copyrighted work or any part
thereof by any means including printed copies, and electronic media
including internet downloads.
$10.00 US (Ten Dollars) to Groundcrew Design Group per redistributed copy
of the copyrighted work or any part thereof.
A flat fee of $20000.00 US (Twenty Thousand Dollars) shall be payable in
the case that an exact number of redistributed copies or parts thereof can
not be accurately determined.
This contract is constructed and shall be construed and interpreted solely
under the Law of Germany. The German Law is in force for all cases
relating to Copyrighted work issued under this agreement. The legal
jurisdiction for the settlement of disputes is Uelzen, Germany.
