Ok, This might be an unusual request, but I was wondering if anyone knew if any of the aircraft developers were at all hireing? I've been trying to start a career in the game industry and figured one of the plane designers would be a good start. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

Most of the payware publishers do nöt "HIRE", per se. Rather, they act more like project managers and distributors.
Some groups, however, are more like cooperative/partnerships, in which the associates pool their resources and sell through their own website.
Unless you go to one of the "major" gaming companies - EA, etc., to develop commercial games (different from flightsim add ons), you're better off developing a model and offering it to one of the publishers.
MAJOR CAVEAT: You may be an excellent modeller, but your flight dynamics, for example, come from Joe Blow's Freeware XL-2300 model. Major mistake, since if Joe wasn't consulted, Joe can raise a big stink and the publisher will boot your project *and you may be liable for the publisher's losses!!*
What can you model? Make a model of something commercially desirable. Get it visually appealing, nicely textured, etc. To *offer* the model to a payware publisher, you may use flight dynamics from one of their products, but specify it, and say that they (the publisher) can tweak the flight dynamics. If the publisher decides to run with your model, you'll get a royalty - percentage of the net profits - rather than a regular paycheck.
This is one way to start a modelling career.
Good luck!

Need a good Hawk around here with a good vc lol..
Tucano's are also rare for fs9.. (keep in mind, the tucano is very similar to the brazilian farther, so you could kill 2 or 3 birds with one stone..)
