Well it's that time of year again. For two days in July the sky over Cambridgeshire rings to the sound of big piston engines. Pure magic
Sally B in fine form. Lets hope we get a repeat of this next year.
Pink Lady thrills the crowds.
BBMF, stunning as ever. We got two visits from the BBMF boys today.
The mighty Jug. P-47D
Stunning B-25. First time I've seen this aircraft at Legends.
B-25 showing the sponsors logo.
Mighty Mustangs. TFC's superb P-51C and D.
Frankie and the Doll.
Nimrod and Gladiator.
Piston Perfection. Hawker Sea Fury.
I love Legends. More to come

Where is the B25 out of Roger? Beautiful photos BTW
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Nice one Roger. You got to see the Nimrod fly. I'm very jealous.

You dare say "Piston Perfection" is a Sea Fury, right after you post a Gladiator and Nimrod? BLASPHEMY!
(nice photos!)

That second B-25 flew here, too sometimes, great look. Iīd like to see a Lancaster or a B-17 in Flight.....

Sad I missed all this. Nice shots!
One remark. Isn't Big Beautiful Doll owned by Robert Davies and not by the Fighter Collection? Ferocious Frankie is, but not the Doll.

Lovely shots.
I was at the end of the runway and those 2 B-25's sat at full power waiting to go right next to us and boy do they make a racket compared to the others.
I wouldn't have it any other way.
What a great show it was this year.

As Hagar said, it's TFC "Twilight Tear" flying with the P-51c. Same unit markings but you can tell by the colour of the wingtips, red on Tear and checks on the Doll.
Thanks for all the comments chaps
