AN-124 as AI (Read 661 times)

Thanks Bill.

Something else I found today. I have what was at the time (haven't checked lately..) a complete PAI install. I decided to put some more parking into CYEG to stop the AN-124 disappearing after landing. Every time I added a new gate and checked (at my landing time of approx 13.20 GMT) either another WestJet 737 or Air Canada Airbus appeared  Smiley

So that explained it. Added several more heavy and medium gates amongst others and eventually got a free Heavy/Cargo one down near what I take to be a warehouse at the southern end to the right of rwy 2. Ideal  Wink

Then I watched the 124 come in from UWLW from about 20000 ft right through approach, landing, taxy and engine off. Very impressive.

So there you go. This is why I like AI so much - it's fun finding out why it doesn't work and great when you make it do what you want.

If you're interested, here are my TTools details

Thanks for all of the info, you really do learn something new everyday, I'll try those flightplans posted by Rollerball and give it a go.

Be very interested to hear how it goes.

Don't forget to make the speed of your plane 405 in your aircraft.txt file otherwise your plans won't compile the same as mine. Anything much slower and you'll have turnround problems between flights.
