These are NEVER acceptable here.
I keep removing them but they creep in as Ad agencies contract ad space out to 3rd/4th/5th parties - each of them taking on more ads daily.
I have 2x complained to the main agency Fastclick about these & they say they are unaware of them due to the above.
I spend some time every few days trying to remove all these but that's about all I can do.
I HATE THEM TOO!!!
Meanwhile apologies to anyone who gets these ...
