Fireworks? Roll Eyes

Of course, I ran out of battery before the finale. And my other one was at home charging. Tongue Oh well. Good show indeed. Also the most people I've seen at a fireworks show in a long time. And mostly ¾ of people there were overweight and smoking which just added to the experience ever so much. Roll Eyes

Heres the best of 'em, and enjoy.

p.s.- no, I didn't bring my tripod if you're wondering why they are so shakey. Smiley

Nice shots James. Not bad at all. Wink
It's not easy to take good photos of fireworks.

Thanks Doug. Smiley

Yeah my camera has a "Fireworks" setting, which slows down shutter speed. Not an individual setting for speed though. Oh well. I'm doing best with the materials I have. Tongue

Slammin'!
I was in Brooklyn, right across the river from the Macy's barge, snapping pics with a friend's camera. Can't wait until he posts those so I can show 'em...

LOL! I got up from the dinner table and walked abut 5 feet out the back door, sat down, and enjoyed a spectacular show.. Wink courtesy of the neighbors and their illegal fireworks... Roll Eyes

It was quite the show with lots of BIG ones that rattle the earth and go real high...someone said something about them being almost $6,000 for all of them... Roll Eyes

oh well, I tried taking some pictures, most are blurry or black sky so I probably won't be posting them...lol

They do the fireworks around here over at the airport which is right down the street, I slept right through them, figured they would be cancelled because it was raining but the little woman said they did them anyway and almost no one showed up to watch.

&&Still no linked images allowed around here Paz! Naughty...&&

We were gonna go to that, but my mom was working (oddly) late and you have to get there at like, 4:00 to get a good seat.. Roll Eyes
