Does AFCAD Work in FS2004?

If not, is there an equivalent programme for FS9.

yes it does. Or at least afcad 2 does.

FS2k2, AFCAD files are in *.txt format and the newer version from Lee Swordy creates *.bgl files which are the ones recognized by FS9 (FS2004)
