Hi there,

I took my second Flying Lessons last Sunday and a friend dared to take place on the back seat  Grin
He shot some nice photos I would like to show you.

This is the Jesenwang (EDMJ) the Airport we took off.
There are two interesting things at that airport.
The runway ends in a normal street
(left side of the image) and notice the concrete
circle next to the runway. It´s a tire test track of
a german automobile club.

...

Some Clouds

...

Some Sailboats on the "Ammersee".

...

A view over Munich

...

The Olympic Regatta Track

...

The old Olympic Stadium

...

..and our new "Allianz Arena" The new Stadium of the FC "Bayern München" and "1860 Munich". It looks interesting at night due to it can completely be illuminated from the inside in different colors. It´s nickname is "rubberboat"

...

Something Green

...

and last but not least.. the "Woerth See"

...

cheers

Thank You for your comments !
Actually I couldn´t enjoy to much of the landscape cause I was quite busy keeping the plane straight and level.
We wanted to fly over the Alps, but the weather was to bad
in that region (hopefully next time). The flight itself (the weather)was quit turbulent anyway.

@Rifleman: for the next flight I allready have a victim..
I take a little money from them.. so they get a cheap roundtrip and I get a cheaper Flying Lesson Grin

Neat! I've seen that "rubberboat" up-close in March, when I visited Ifat at the München Messe! Boy, is that building big! ... and ugly!  Grin

I had a nice time overthere though...

Seems the area make for some nice scenic flight! Give us more... if your friend still dares...  Wink

*Nods*

Never been to Munich before. And somehow I don't want to go there either...I'm more of a "northeasterner" (Rostock, etc..).

a "northeasterner".. hehe we won´t let you in anyway  Grin Wink
Everyone living ouside the "Weisswurstäquator"
(white sausage equator = people living north of river danube)  first has to drink 10 mass of bavarian beer...
and after that you´ll need to dance a believable "schuhplattler". Wink
