Westcoast ....... whre I liked to fly online.... has just changed it's approch to online ATC operations.... to what to me seems to be a very complicated setup like the business over at VATSIM.....which always seemed to be too complicated to bother with for what is supposed to be "fun".

I am not wanting to spend a lot of time installing modules and configuing complex software......... I just want to fly online. For "complexity".... I already have my hands full with building a simpit Wink

The old Westcoast system, with simply a couple of ports to be opened in the firewall / router and installing the very simple Teamspeak software (+TComset), seemed more than adequate to me.

Doe all this new gobbledygook there seem like a pain in the butt to anyone else too? Of is it just me?

Actually I had thought about flying over there before, but now that you mention that, I'm not so sure I want to spend my time setting things up either.. . Sad
