Indeed DP845 (MkIV prototype) did have a 4 bladed Rotol hub, she also strangely had her retractable tail-wheel removed and a fixed unit fitted during trials....

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
