Chances are the font is already available somewhere.  Look around the myriad of font sites and see if you can find something similar. Wink

In the case of specific logos, and the way they're placed, sometimes it's just faster to do a quick cut and paste, resize , and touch up the graphic.... and if it's done on a separate layer, then it's all that easier.

There is a program to make fonts on download.com
But as Felix says...

Its alot easier to use a magic tool... blow it up 200%.. delete the whole graphic, with only the selection... then smooth the selection, then contract 20 pixels or so, and smooth again.. then apply a colour.... then reduce 52%.. or 55%.. fiddle untill its right..

If you can't find a font, then just find a good picture of a font, and copy and edit in Photoshop or Paintshop. Photoshop 7 has many font's to choose from simular to that, you will need to just edit the font if the font is not  the exact same. But what I would do for my first plan of attack, is if you are repainting a general repaint I would copy off a photo. This means it will be photorealistic. I hope this info helps.  Smiley ???

I use Simply-the-best for FREE additional fonts.

P.S. I like Clidey's way of doing things; put another way: I'm not opposed to doing things the simple way.
